Scope of Technical Booklet M Requirements
This Technical Booklet provides guidance for regulation 77B only. All other relevant requirements of the Building Regulations must also be met in addition to the guidance here.
The guidance contained in this Technical Booklet relates only to the requirements of regulation 77B. The work will also have to comply with all other relevant requirements of the Building Regulations.
