Planning Agreement and Financial Guarantee for Restoration
A planning agreement may be required to ensure restoration and after-care proposals are implemented, with financial guarantee provided before planning approval.
Where appropriate, a planning agreement may be required and will act as a bond to ensure restoration and after care proposals are implemented. Such a financial guarantee will be made prior to planning approval.
