Strategic Policy 9: Natural Resources - Sustainable Use
The Council will support development that demonstrates it will not have unacceptable adverse impacts on the environment, amenity or public safety, and accords with Policy SP 9 and other LDP requirements.
The Council, working with its statutory partners, will seek to ensure the sustainable use of our natural resources. Development will be supported where it is demonstrated that the proposal will not have an unacceptable adverse impact on the environment, amenity or public safety and otherwise accords with the requirements of Policy SP 9 and other relevant policies and provisions of the LDP.
