Alternative Approach - BS 5410 Compliance
Oil storage tank requirements can alternatively be met by following the relevant recommendations in BS 5410: Part 1 to achieve equivalent performance.
The requirements for an oil storage tank could also be met by adopting the relevant recommendations in BS 5410: Part 1 to achieve an equivalent level of performance to that obtained by following the guidance in this Technical Booklet.
