Belfast Lough Coastal Policy Area - Seascape and Coastal Dynamics
Development proposals along or adjacent to the Belfast Lough Coastal Policy Area must consider their impact on seascape character, nature conservation, amenity value, coastal dynamics, environmental and climate change effects, and flood risk.
All development proposals along or adjacent to the Belfast Lough Coastal Policy Area should consider their impact on seascape character and how they can enhance the area, including its nature conservation and amenity value. They should also demonstrate that the potential impacts on the coastal dynamics of the area, including environmental/climate change and flood risk in line with other relevant policies of this LDP, have been considered and addressed.
