Infiltration negligibility in large buildings

Clarifies that at the assumed air permeability level, infiltration can be considered negligible compared to purpose-provided ventilation in large buildings with low surface area to volume ratios.

At this level of air permeability, in large buildings (low ratio of surface area to volume contained), infiltration can be assumed to be negligible compared with the purpose provided ventilation.
