Call Centres Ventilation Standards

Call centres must follow CIBSE Guide B 2005 Section 2.3.24.2, with additional standards for naturally ventilated or mixed mode systems.

CIBSE Guide B: 2005, Section 2.3.24.2 and CIBSE AM10: 2005 if naturally ventilated or CIBSE AM13: 2000 if mixed mode (see para 1.10).
