General ventilation for conservatory additions
Conservatory additions and adjoining rooms require background ventilators to achieve general ventilation rates, regardless of existing ventilation provisions in adjacent rooms.
The general ventilation rate for the conservatory and, if necessary, adjoining rooms should be achieved by the use of background ventilators. Follow the guidance in paragraph 2.112 whatever the ventilation provisions in the existing room adjacent to the conservatory.
