Automatic controls in kitchens with fossil fuel
Automatic controls in kitchens must provide sufficient airflow during fossil fuel cooking to prevent combustion by-products from building up.
In kitchens, any automatic control must provide sufficient flow during cooking with fossil fuel (e.g. gas) to avoid the build-up of combustion by-products.
