Special considerations for buildings of historic or architectural merit
Where work is carried out on a building of historic or architectural merit, special considerations may apply if compliance with Part K would unacceptably alter the character or appearance of the building.
Special considerations may apply where the building on which the work is to be carried out has historic or architectural merit and compliance with Part K of the Building Regulations would unacceptably alter the character or appearance of the building.
