Other Protected Species – Council Support
The Council will support development that does not adversely affect other statutorily protected species where any impacts can be adequately mitigated or compensated.
The Council will support development that is not likely to have an adverse effect on any other statutorily protected species and where any impact arising, can be adequately mitigated or compensated against.
