Testing, commissioning and information provision - Performance requirement
Regulations 67 and 68 are met by providing information about the building ventilation system to the building owner within 5 days of completion and notifying the district council of mechanical ventilation commissioning and tests.
It is the view of the Department that the requirements of regulations 67 and 68 will be met where not more than 5 days after completion of the testing or commissioning sufficient information about the building ventilation system is provided to the building owner and where notice in writing of any mechanical ventilation commissioning and tests is given to the district council.
