Notification of testing and commissioning
The person carrying out mechanical ventilation work must notify the district council within 5 days of completion, providing air flow test results and confirmation of commissioning.
Where this regulation applies, the person carrying out the work, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with regulation 65(2), shall give, not more than 5 days after completion of the testing and commissioning, a notice in writing to the district council stating— (a) the results of air flow tests; and (b) that any fixed mechanical ventilation system and associated controls have been commissioned.
