Application - Buildings not requiring ventilation
Buildings or spaces used solely for storage or not intended for occupancy are exempt from ventilation requirements, as are garages serving single dwellings.
Regulation 65 shall not apply to a building or a space within a building which is used solely for storage or which is otherwise not intended for use by people. Regulations 65 and 66 shall not apply to a garage used solely in connection with a single dwelling.
