Exceptional circumstances test for adverse impacts
Development proposals that could adversely affect the integrity of internationally important sites will only be permitted in the most exceptional circumstances.
Any development proposal which could adversely affect the integrity of a site of international importance will only be permitted in the most exceptional of circumstances.
