Scope of Technical Booklet K
This Technical Booklet provides guidance on regulations 65, 66 and 68 of the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012, relating to ventilation. Following this guidance creates a presumption of compliance, though alternative solutions are permitted if they can be demonstrated to meet the Building Regulations.
The guidance contained in this Technical Booklet relates only to the requirements of regulations 65, 66 and 68. The work will also have to comply with all other relevant requirements of the Building Regulations.
