Ramsar sites, SPAs and SACs receive the highest statutory protection as the most important nature conservation sites in the Borough.
Internationally designated sites (Ramsar sites, SPAs and SACs) are the most highly regarded and important of our Borough's nature conservation sites and as such they are afforded the highest form of statutory protection.
