Narrow ends of consecutive tapered treads
The narrow ends of consecutive treads on a staircase must be positioned on the same side and have a minimum going (depth) of 50 mm.
The narrow ends of consecutive treads should be on the same side of the stair and have a going of not less than 50 mm. See Diagram 3.7.
