Pre-Application Discussions for Enabling Development
Developers are encouraged to engage in pre-application discussions with the Council to assess impacts, establish required detail level, and manage expectations.
Developers are encouraged to enter into pre-application discussions with the Council:
• To assess the impact of the enabling element of the proposed development;
• To establish the level of detail required; and
• To avoid unrealistic expectations.
