Provides a worked example of platform floor construction using timber board with plasterboard substrate, achieving minimum 25 kg/m2 total mass.
18 mm timber or wood based board tongued and grooved edges and glued joints spot bonded to a substrate of 19 mm plasterboard with joints staggered minimum total mass per unit area 25 kg/m2.
