Assessment Against Best Practice Guidance
The Council will assess enabling development proposals using the DoE's 2014 Best Practice Guidance document on assessing enabling development for conservation of significant places.
In assessing proposals the Council will take account of the Best Practice Guidance document 'Assessing Enabling Development for the Conservation of Significant Places' (DoE, 2014).
