Classification of separating floor types
Floors are classified into three main types: Floor type 1 (soft covering with ceiling), Floor type 2 (floating floor with resilient layer and independent ceiling), and Floor type 3 (platform floor with floating layer, resilient layer and concrete base).
The floors are grouped into three main types: (a) Floor type 1; (b) Floor type 2; (c) Floor type 3. Floor type 1 comprises soft covering and ceiling. Floor type 2 comprises floating floor, resilient layer and independent ceiling. Floor type 3 comprises platform floor, floating layer, resilient layer and concrete base.
