Definitions: Dwellinghouse

A dwellinghouse is a dwelling on one or more storeys which is detached or forms part of a building divided only vertically from other parts, and does not include a flat or maisonette.

Dwellinghouse – means a dwelling on one or more storeys which is detached or forms part of a building from other parts of which it is divided only vertically and does not include a flat or maisonette.
