Notice of sound insulation test
Written notice of any sound insulation test must be given to the district council not more than 5 days after completion of the test to meet the requirements of regulation 53.
It is the view of the Department that the requirements of regulation 53 will be met for a dwelling or room for residential purposes where notice of any sound insulation test is given to the district council in writing not more than 5 days after completion of the test.
