Broadband and Mobile Telecommunications Connectivity
Urban areas have excellent superfast broadband coverage, but some rural areas including Crumlin and parts of rural Ballyclare have unavailable or intermittent mobile connection.
In terms of broadband connectivity, our Borough has excellent superfast broadband speeds in urban areas compared to other Council areas. The mobile telecommunications network in our Borough is generally acceptable; however, some pockets still remain in our rural areas where connection may be unavailable or intermittent including Crumlin and parts of rural Ballyclare.
