All proposals affecting Listed Buildings and their settings must include a Statement of Significance demonstrating a heritage-led approach and clear understanding of the building's essential character and special interest, informed by appropriate professional expertise.
All proposals which impact on Listed Buildings and their settings should include a Statement of Significance, informed by an appropriate level of professional expertise, demonstrating a heritage-led approach to the development and a clear understanding of its significance, including the essential character and special interest of the building.
