Protected Building Definition
Defines protected buildings as listed buildings and buildings in conservation areas under the Planning (Northern Ireland) Act 2011.
Protected building means –
(a) a listed building within the meaning of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Act 2011; and
(b) buildings situated in conservation areas within the meaning of that Act.
