Policy DM 31: Recording of Distinctive Features
Where development results in loss of distinctive features from Historic Parks, Gardens and Demesnes, the Council will require planning conditions for accurate recording before development commences.
In all cases where development is to be permitted that will result in the loss of distinctive features, the Council will attach planning conditions requiring the developer to undertake accurate recording of these before development commences.
