Conservatories with thermal separation - General calculation

Where a conservatory has thermal separation from the building, the TER and BER may be calculated excluding the conservatory and the air pressure test need not include this space.

Where a conservatory, constructed as part of a new building, has thermal separation from the building, the TER and BER for the building may be calculated as if the conservatory is not present and the air pressure test should not include this space.
