Notice of air pressure test results
The person carrying out work must notify the district council in writing of air pressure test results within 5 days of completing the test.
Where an air pressure test is undertaken for the purposes of demonstrating compliance with regulation 40(2), the person carrying out the work shall give, not more than 5 days after completion of the testing, a notice in writing to the district council stating the result of the air pressure test.
