Compliance with window energy rating requirements can be demonstrated through a WER declaration from a certified scheme that provides quality assurance and audit trail documentation to the district council.
As evidence of compliance, a WER declaration from a certification scheme that provides a quality assured process and supporting audit trail from calculating the performance of the window to installation, may be given to the district council.
