Exclusion of residential buildings other than dwellings
Buildings containing rooms for residential purposes such as nursing homes and student accommodation are not treated as dwellings for Part F purposes and are covered by Technical Booklet F2 instead.
Buildings containing rooms for residential purposes, such as a nursing home, student accommodation and similar are not considered, for the purposes of Part F, as dwellings and, in such cases, the provisions in Technical Booklet F2 apply.
