Notice of air pressure test
The person carrying out work must provide written notice to the district council of the air pressure test result within 5 days of test completion.
Where an air pressure test is undertaken for the purposes of demonstrating compliance with regulation 40(2), the person carrying out the work shall give, not more than 5 days after completion of the testing, a notice in writing to the district council stating the result of the air pressure test.
