Application of energy efficiency requirements to buildings and dwellings
Energy efficiency requirements apply to all buildings and to each dwelling separately, unless the building falls into an exempted category.
Subject to paragraphs (2), (3) and (4) this Part shall apply to any building and where a building contains one or more dwellings to each dwelling separately.
