Vehicle access requirements for blocks of flats without fire mains
Access for pump appliances to blocks of flats without fire mains must be provided to within 45 m (hose route) of each door giving access to all points within each individual dwelling.
Where a building does not have a fire main and is a block of flats, access for a pump appliance should be provided to within 45 m (hose route) of each door giving access to all points within each individual dwelling.
