Fire resistance requirements for firefighting shaft
Firefighting shafts require minimum fire resistance ratings of REI 120 from the accommodation side and REI 60 from inside the shaft with E 60 Sa fire doors, or REI 60 from both sides with E 30 Sa fire doors depending on the application.
