Limitation on areas and spacing of certain thermoplastic rooflights

Thermoplastic rooflights must not exceed 5 m² in area and must be spaced at least 3 m apart in any direction, with exceptions for certain classified rooflights in non-residential buildings that may be spaced 1.8 m apart if evenly distributed and not exceeding 20% of floor area.
