External walls within 1 m of relevant boundary
External walls situated within 1 m of any point on their relevant boundary must have no unprotected areas except those specifically shown in Diagram 5.4.
An external wall situated within 1 m of any point on its relevant boundary should have no unprotected areas other than those shown in Diagram 5.4.
