European Classification Requirement - Class A2-s1, d0 or A1
Materials must achieve the specific European classifications A2-s1, d0 or A1; alternative limited combustibility classifications are not acceptable.
The requirement in Regulation 23(2) is limited to materials achieving European classification Class A2-s1, d0 or Class A1. Therefore materials achieving limited combustibility cannot be deemed to meet the requirement using an alternative classification method.
