Cavity barriers above compartment walls
Cavity barriers should not be used above compartment walls to complete compartmentation lines. Compartment walls must extend to a compartment floor or roof.
A cavity barrier should not be used above a compartment wall to complete the line of compartmentation, i.e. a compartment wall should be carried up to a compartment floor or to a roof.
