Junction of compartment wall and roof - Buildings Purpose Groups 1, 2(b), 3 or 5 up to 15 m
For buildings of Purpose Groups 1, 2(b), 3 or 5 not exceeding 15 m in height, compartment wall and roof junctions require mortar bedding, timber battens, sarking felt, and AA/AB/AC roof covering with fire-stopping extending 1.5 m each side and roof covering at least 375 mm.
