Smoke control in common escape routes of flats must comply with BS 9991 and specific provisions for lobby approaches and damper products.
The smoke control in common escape routes should be in accordance with the relevant recommendations of BS 9991 and the provisions in paragraphs 2.34B – 2.34D.
