Conversion of roof space in two-storey dwellinghouses
Where a storey over 4.5 m above ground level is created by converting the roof space of a two-storey dwellinghouse, paragraphs 2.17 to 2.22 may be applied as an alternative to paragraph 2.12.
Where the storey which is more than 4.5 m above ground level is created by the conversion of the roof space of a two storey dwellinghouse the provisions of paragraphs 2.17 to 2.22 may be applied as an alternative to the provisions of paragraph 2.12.
