Automatic fire detection and warning

Automatic fire detection and warning systems, including smoke and heat alarms, can significantly increase safety by providing early warning of fire in dwellinghouses.

The provisions for automatic fire detection and warning are given in paragraphs 2.23 to 2.33. The installation of smoke and heat alarms or automatic fire detection and alarm systems can significantly increase the level of safety by automatically giving early warning of fire.
