Car parks for light vehicles
In car parks for light vehicles with good ventilation, fire loads are well-defined and not particularly high, with low probability of fire spread between vehicles or between storeys.
In buildings or separated parts of buildings used as parking for cars and other light vehicles the fire load is well defined and not particularly high. Fire spread is not likely to occur between one vehicle and another. Where the car park is well ventilated (so that heat and smoke can dissipate readily) there is a low probability of fire spread from one storey to another.
