Scope of Technical Booklet E
Technical Booklet E provides practical guidance on fire safety requirements under the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012. It addresses regulations 23(2), 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 37A and 37B, and assumes compliance with all other relevant Building Regulations requirements.
The guidance contained in this Technical Booklet relates only to the requirements of regulations 23(2), 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37, 37A and 37B. The work will also have to comply with all other relevant requirements of the Building Regulations.
