Community Facilities within Residential Developments
New residential development must be designed to ensure good accessibility to existing services and facilities, and developers may be required to provide or contribute towards new or enhanced community infrastructure resulting from the development.
New residential development should be designed to ensure good accessibility to existing services and facilities intended to serve future residents and where appropriate developers may be required to provide or contribute towards new and/or enhanced community infrastructure arising as a result of the development.
