Wall restraints - lateral restraint by floors and roofs - full storey height
Walls in each storey must extend to full height and have horizontal lateral supports to restrict out-of-plane movement.
Walls in each storey of a building should extend to the full height of that storey, and have horizontal lateral supports to restrict movement of the wall at right angles to its plane.
