Masonry compressive strength for timber roof construction
The guidance in the diagram for determining masonry unit compressive strength in two or three storey buildings applies only where the roof construction is of timber.
The guidance in the diagram for walls of two or three storey buildings should only be used to determine the compressive strength of the masonry units where the roof construction is of timber.
