Community Facilities in Other Countryside Locations
Excluding intensive sports facilities, the Council sympathetically views proposals for new community buildings, outdoor recreational, sporting and play facilities in the countryside at accessible locations, provided identified local need is demonstrated and other plan policies are accorded with.
With the exception of Intensive Sports Facilities, the Council will sympathetically view proposals for new community buildings and facilities, including appropriate outdoor recreational, sporting and play facilities at accessible locations in the countryside. All proposals will be required to demonstrate an identified local need and accord with the other policies of this plan.
